About Me

Background
I have a strong passion in storytelling. But sometimes words just don't cut it. I find it far more effective to communicate through the use of color, motion, placement, texture and even sound. As an Art Director I believe its important to activate all our senses in order to fully convey the truth behind the message. My goal is to develop into a storyteller that can keep everyone engaged and wanting more.
Professional Skills:
Resourceful, fast learner, determined to see a project through from start to finish. Ability to take lead on projects and collaborate with marketing, creative and/or digtial partners.
Geek Fan
Ever since Dragon Con was introduced to me I have looked forward to attend it every year. What better way is there for a geek to get away from the problems of real world than stepping into one of the biggest sci-fi, comic and gaming conventions in the world? Thousands of people of all ages come together to celebrate crazy, unimaginable creatures and worlds that were just made up. I admit it, I let it consume me every year that I'm able to attend. On my down time if I'm not a convention, I enjoy watching anime, Marvel movies, DC's animated movies, reading my husbands comic books and watching him play Halo.
Mother
On June 16, 2015 I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. Being a mother is really hard mentally and physically but it is the best job God has ever blessed me with by far. There is never a dull moment. I love teaching her new things especially when it comes to art and taking her on fun adventures. I'm so lucky to have her in my life and while I'm teaching her, she is teaching me more about myself and the joys of motherhood. Its exciting, fun but also terrifying. However it is THE BEST full-time job in the world.
